Open Position: Strategic Account Executive (The Closer)
We don’t hire "sales reps." We hire entrepreneurs. If you’re tired of the 9-to-5 grind and want a role where your income is capped only by your hustle, this is your bench.
What You’ll Do:
Hunt Big Game: Close high-impact "Regional Anchor" sponsorships.
Build the Fanbase: Lead the "Founding 500" season ticket movement.
B2B Networking: Represent the Shadow at Chamber events, corporate boardrooms, and community rallies.
Create ROI: Work directly with local legends like CleanHub Carwash to prove that Shadow fans and partners are the most loyal customers in the region.
The "Shadow" Compensation Model: This is a high-reward, commission-driven partnership.
Uncapped Commissions: 20% on every sponsorship you close.
Performance Bonuses: Cash accelerators for sell-out games and playoff milestones.
The Future: As we expand across the Midwest, our early sales leaders will form the executive foundation of our regional front office.
