Youth Hockey Camp

We’re beyond excited to invite local athletes to an unforgettable hockey experience with the Michigan Shadow Professional Hockey Club! On Saturday, October 12th at 10:00 AM at Big Boy Arena, your athlete will hit the ice for a 90-minute high-tempo training session unlike anything else.

This isn’t your average skills skate. Our Shadow Pro athletes will be on the ice, in full gear, training and competing right alongside your kids. Together, they’ll work through a series of elite-level drills designed to build confidence, sharpen skills, and take their game to the next level:

• High-level edge control – mastering balance, power, and precision on their skates.
• Scoring tactics – developing the tools to finish around the net in real game situations.
• Small-area battle drills – learning how to win the puck and compete in tight spaces.
• Game scenario training – applying skills in live-action situations to think and play faster.

For our goalies, we’ve got something extra special: professional goaltending instruction led by Bill Ruggerio, the Shadow’s starting goalie and owner of CatEye Goaltending. Goalies will benefit from specialized drills and direct coaching from one of the top instructors in the area, making this a complete training experience for every position.

And the fun doesn’t stop on the ice. After the session, players will enjoy a special autograph session and pizza party with our Shadow athletes, giving every participant a memory they can take home and treasure.

As an added bonus, every participant will receive a FREEticket to our Home Opener on November 1st at 7:15 PM, when the Shadow face off against the defending league champions, the Muskegon Voyagers.
